The 24-hour race at the Nürburgring is one of the most legendary endurance races in the world and has been held annually since 1970. The combination of the Nordschleife and Grand Prix circuit gives the Nürburgring circuit its incomparable charm, which never fails to captivate drivers and fans alike.

Manthey-Racing is the sole record holder of the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring with a total of seven victories in the overall classification - and there is still no end in sight.

The Manthey team entered the 52nd edition of the 24-hour race at the Nürburgring with the starting number 911. With the Porsche 911 GT3 R in Grello design, drivers Laurens Vanthhor, Thomas Preining, Kevin Estre and Güven Ayhancan were once again among the favourites this year. After completing 50 laps, the team had to settle for 2nd place overall at the end of the race.
